• Typical completed project budget: approximately $250,000–$285,000 before land for a straightforward site and standard finish package
• Sites requiring well, septic, long utility runs, substantial excavation, long driveways, retaining, premium finishes or major upgrades: budget roughly $285,000–$320,000+ before land

Construction costs vary significantly by county, site conditions, utility availability, foundation requirements, permit fees, labor market, finish selections and customer upgrades. These figures are planning estimates only and are not a construction quote or guarantee.
