The material list is provided as a planning and estimating aid. Final quantities, engineering requirements, waste factors, local code requirements, and supplier availability should be verified before ordering.
Need the Materials Too?
National material kit packages are available. Buckeye Plans can provide a shell material package for customers throughout the United States. Material packages can be quoted based on the project location, selected finishes, supplier availability, and freight.
Our standard cottage material-kit offering can include the framing package, sheathing, weather barrier, metal siding, metal roofing, exterior trim, windows, exterior doors, porch materials, and related shell components. A standard 5' patio sliding door can be included with qualifying Buckeye Cottage material-kit orders. Premium folding or multi-slide glass wall systems such as NanaWall are optional upgrades and are quoted separately.
Want Buckeye to Build It?
Buckeye offers construction services for qualifying projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Depending on location and scope, we can quote shell construction, shell plus interior framing, or a turnkey build package.
Customers outside our construction area can still purchase the digital plan set and request a national material kit, then work with a local builder for construction.
