Important Scope Information

The $1,999 price covers CAD source-file creation for the project scope agreed to before work begins. Major redesigns, extensive revisions, engineering, surveying, site engineering, structural calculations, permit review, professional seals/stamps, or additional drawings outside the confirmed scope are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Customers must provide sufficient sketches, dimensions, reference plans, surveys or other project information necessary to establish the requested scope. Buckeye Plans will confirm the project scope before production begins.

Source File / Professional Coordination

This product is specifically priced as a source-file deliverable. Because the editable file can be transferred to other professionals and used for future project development, it is different from purchasing a standard PDF drawing or stock plan license.

Engineering and permit approval are not included. Local architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors and permitting authorities remain responsible for any jurisdiction-specific requirements and professional review applicable to the project.
