Kit only generally means materials with the owner responsible for labor, equipment, site work and concrete. Shell usually means the structural frame, roof and siding erected, but definitions vary. Shell plus slab adds concrete. A finished building may add doors, windows, insulation, electric, HVAC and interior work.
